Since graduating The American University with a BS/BA in Real Estate & Finance in 1990, Marc has worked exclusively with Feinberg & McBurney. His career began with a focus on Tenant/Buyer Representation, however the scope quickly widened to include Landlord Representation, Consulting, Development and Investment Property Sales.
Marc's focus is retail & industrial real estate, both single & multi-tenant, in the Greater Philadelphia Area. He represents nationally recognized companies as well as local owner/operators. Marc is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Delaware
Harriet Summers, Broker Associate:
While at Trenton State College in the 1980’s, Harriet’s commercial real estate experience began with learning the development, management and operation of industrial real estate at Hainesport Industrial Park, Hainesport NJ. She got her NJ real estate license in 1995 and in 2004, she became a full time broker.
Since joining Feinberg & McBurney in 2011, Harriet has continued her long time focus on South Jersey and industrial real estate. Harriet represents tenants, landlords, buyers & sellers and has extensive knowledge of the South jersey market. -NJ Broker license -PA Salesperson License
Albert L. Stein, Esq. - Development:
After graduating Rutgers Law School in 1974, Al owned & operated Steinbuilt Homes, a residential building business that developed 200-300 homes per year in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Steinbuilt also developed several retail & office properties close to its home base in Southern New Jersey.
Since joining Feinberg & McBurney in 1994, Al has been most active in the development of free-standing retail developments, with a focus on chain pharmacy locations. Al finds new store locations, negotiates Agreements of Sale, coordinates due diligence investigations, pursues & obtains all governmental entitlements and oversees the construction and delivery of new stores to national retailers, such as CVS/Pharmacy.
